Reward: cake from the baker around the cornerFor employers
A short challenge every week, for whoever is in the office and whoever works from home. No leaderboard and no compulsory outing.
Fatima leads a team of twelve, and half of them work from home. Every Monday a challenge starts: walking together, a question of the week and a poll about lunch. Whoever works from home walks their round there. Once enough colleagues join in, it's done.

What you do with it
A community for your team and a short challenge every week. No planning and no venue needed.
A trail with QR codes through the building, or getting-to-know-you questions the whole team joins in.
A step challenge for the whole department. Not everyone has to reach the maximum.
A challenge that runs across departments and locations, so people run into each other.

We make a series of short challenges that suits your team.
We find a shop close to the office for the rewards.
You see how many colleagues took part and what they answered.
Yes. Steps, quiz questions, polls, text and numbers work anywhere. Scanning a QR code happens on site, on an office day for example.
You decide with the threshold. In a team of ten with a threshold of 50 percent, five are needed.
No. Colleagues only see that someone contributed. Whoever makes the challenge, whoever manages it for the organisation and the Peerpep team see the answers with names, except in an anonymous poll.
That depends on what we set up together. Email gerd@peerpep.eu for a first conversation.
Tell us about your team. We'll set up the first weeks together.
